WFS Regional Cup 2026

🏆 THAT’S A WRAP FOR THE 2026 WFS REGIONAL CUP SERIES! 🏆

Over the past few weeks, Walking Football Scotland has proudly delivered six Regional Cup events as part of our Summer of Sport programme, bringing together the very best players from across the country to represent their regions with pride.

Thanks to funding from the Scottish Government’s Summer of Sport programme, delivered in partnership with the Scottish FA, hundreds of players have enjoyed the opportunity to compete in a series that continues to raise standards, strengthen regional pathways and celebrate everything that is great about walking football in Scotland.

Congratulations to all of our 2026 Regional Cup Champions:

🏆 Men’s O50s – North East Region
🏆 Men’s O60s – Central Region
🏆 Men’s O65s – Central Region
🏆 Men’s O70s – Central Region
🏆 Women’s O40s – North East Region
🏆 Women’s O55s – West Region

A huge thank you goes to every player who represented their region throughout the series. Your commitment, passion and sportsmanship made each event a fantastic showcase for walking football.

We also want to recognise our incredible volunteer Regional Managers and Assistant Managers. Your dedication, countless hours of preparation and ongoing support continue to provide opportunities for players across Scotland while helping to develop and strengthen the game for the future. Quite simply, these events would not be possible without you.

We now look forward to building on another successful Regional Cup series as we continue creating opportunities for more people to enjoy walking football throughout Scotland. ⚽💙
