SWF WFS O40's Women's Leagues

The WFS SWF O40’s Women’s Leagues returned today at Ravenscraig for Round 2, with another excellent day of competitive walking football across both divisions.

In the Premiership, Braehead FC – Reds dropped four points during the day but remain firmly in control at the top of the table. They continue to lead by four points, although this time it is Linlithgow Rose CFC – Whites who occupy second place and are leading the chase heading into the second half of the season.

In the Championship, Oriam Ladies continue to march on. They have now opened up an 11-point lead at the halfway stage and boast an impressive eight wins from eight to start their competitive walking football league journey. It has been a remarkable introduction to league football and they continue to set the pace in the division.
