WFS O60's West Premiership & Championship

The WFS Over 60's West of Scotland Premiership and Championship will return for round 2 this coming Friday, 9th May, at the Toryglen Regional Football Centre, with several mouth-watering fixtures set to light up the day.

In the Premiership, it’s a top-of-the-table clash as Glasgow Life take on Pollok Utd. Both sides remain unbeaten after round 1, but it’s Glasgow Life who currently sit at the summit after an extra win. Friday’s match promises to be a tightly contested encounter between two experienced and determined squads. A win for either side could set the tone for the rest of the campaign and establish an early favourite for the title.

Meanwhile, in the Championship, Saint Anthony’s will be looking to build on their perfect start to the season. After recording four wins from four in round 1, they’ve set the pace at the top of the table. However, they’ll face their toughest test yet in second-placed Dumbarton FC, who are also unbeaten and trail by just two points. With both sides showing impressive form, this match could prove crucial in shaping the Championship race.
