Rose Reilly MBE

Rose Reilly MBE represented both Scotland and Italy international football, winning the Women’s World Cup with the latter.

Rose played for Stewarton, before moving to France and then onto Italy where she won eight Serie A titles, a French title and four Italian Cups.

Rose became Walking Football Scotland patron in December 2017 and supports in attending various events as well as promoting the women’s game throughout the country.


 

Gordon Smith

Gordon Smith has a wealth of football experience from playing professionally, coach, agent and then former Chief Executive of Scottish FA.

Gordon played for Kilmarnock before joining Rangers and in his first season, won the domestic treble, scoring 27 goals from midfield. He also scored the winning goal in the 1978 Scottish League Cup Final, against Celtic.

Gordon became Walking Football Scotland patron in March 2024 and has experience playing walking football at various events and supports in attending various events as well as promoting the game throughout the country.
