WFS Women's O40's & O50's Premiership & Championship

The action resumes this Sunday at Ravenscraig Regional Sports Facility as Round 2 of the WFS Women’s Over 40s Premiership and Championship, along with the Women’s Over 50s League, promises another thrilling day of football.

In the O40’s Premiership, Linlithgow Rose Whites currently sit top of the table by a single point—but with one more game played than reigning champions Braehead. The two sides are set to meet in a crucial fixture that could prove pivotal in shaping this season’s title race.

The Championship is proving equally competitive, with three teams locked together at the top on 7 points following Round 1. Tay City Strollers and Stenhousemuir will battle it out directly, while Braehead will be looking to capitalize and gain ground if results go their way.

In the Women’s Over 50s Premiership, Braehead Reds and Giffnock Women are also tied at the top, and they face each other in what is shaping up to be a standout encounter of the day.

With so many top-of-the-table clashes on the schedule, Sunday promises excitement, intensity, and plenty of quality walking football. Best of luck to all teams competing!
