Women's Over 55s Regional Cup Set for Ravenscraig Showcase

The action continues this Sunday 28th June at the Ravenscraig Regional Sports Facility as the Women's Over 55s Regional Cup takes centre stage as part of a packed day of Regional Team football.

With the Women's Over 40s and Over 55s competitions taking place alongside the Men's Over 50s event, Ravenscraig will welcome some of the very best walking football talent from across Scotland as players proudly represent their regions in pursuit of Regional Cup success as part of this ‘Summer of Sport’.

This year's event is particularly significant as Walking Football Scotland pilots a new Women's Over 55s age category within our Regional Team programme. We look forward to seeing how this exciting addition develops as we continue to shape future opportunities within the sport.

Congratulations to all players selected for this year's squads. Your commitment to walking football, dedication to your club, and continued support of Walking Football Scotland have been recognised through your selection and have earned you the opportunity to represent your region on one of the biggest stages in our domestic calendar.
