WFS O40’s Women’s Regional Cup - North East Champions!

🏆 NORTH EAST CROWNED WOMEN’S O40’s REGIONAL CUP CHAMPIONS 🏆

Congratulations to North East Region, who were crowned the 2026 Women’s Over 40s Regional Cup Champions following a fantastic day’s action at Ravenscraig Regional Sports Facility.

The competition showcased the continued growth and quality of the women’s game, with every region displaying great commitment, teamwork and sportsmanship throughout the day.

A special congratulations goes to Manager David Callaghan and Assistant Manager Jim Gilfeather, who guided the North East squad to Regional Cup success.

Funded through our Summer of Sport programme, these events continue to provide opportunities for players from across Scotland to represent their region with pride while helping to grow the game nationwide.
