WFS O65's Men's West of Scotland League
/The WFS West Over 65’s Men’s West of Scotland Leagues kicked off for the 2026 season at the Toryglen Regional Football Centre, with an exciting opening round of fixtures across both divisions.
Last season’s Premiership champions Pollok Utd, who went unbeaten with a perfect record in 2025, found the opening day a tougher test as they dropped four points in their first set of fixtures. After Round 1, it is Drumchapel Utd JNE who lead the way at the top of the table, making an impressive start to the new campaign.
In the Championship, an early three-way battle is already taking shape, with Glasgow Life, Motherwell FC CT, and Dumbarton all winning every one of their opening matches. Glasgow Life currently sit top of the table on goal difference, highlighting just how tight things are at the summit.
A big thank you goes to our new Regional League Co-ordinator, Derek King, along with the support of our regional representatives and referees, for their excellent work in delivering a smooth and successful opening day. Thanks also to all clubs and players for contributing to a strong and competitive start to the 2026 season.
