WFS O60's Men's West Championship

The WFS O60’s Men’s West Championship returned to Toryglen Regional Football Centre today for Round 3, getting back into competitive action before being rejoined by the Premiership next month.

After an impeccable opening two rounds, Ardencaple FC went into today’s fixtures with a commanding advantage at the top. Round 3 proved more challenging, with both of the top two teams dropping points, but there has been no change at the summit.

Ardencaple remain top of the Championship with a six-point lead, keeping themselves firmly in the driving seat as we head towards the latter stages of the season.

There is still plenty of football to be played, though, and with points dropped today showing that anything can happen, the promotion race is far from finished.

A big thank you to all our players, clubs and referees for another excellent day of competitive walking football at Toryglen.

We now look forward to September, when the O60’s Premiership returns and both divisions will be back in action. ⚽👏
